So Red Bull and Torro Rosso posting quick times, not that many top designers left any more apparently. If McLaren keep starting every new season on the back foot they may as well concentrate on producing road cars. If Hamilton can't get a decent lap time out of it then no one can. Does anyone have any idea of the difference in power outputs between these cars as Renault engines seem to be the pick of the bunch at the moment with Cosworth not that far off the pace. I recall that Renault were whinging about poor power three seasons ago, so what have they done?

It's not just about hp/kW either... I remember back when Alonso won the WDC for Renault, they were noted for lacking a bit of straight line speed but on the other hand had the best speed out of corners.
