F1 » Is F1 too expensive for BBC?


The BBC has allegedy included F1 among candidates for the axe in a bid to cut the amount it spends on sports programming by £60m a year.

I would be very upset if it was to go. The presenters are great. The pics are great. everything is great. Lets hope they can cut their costs in another way and save F1

Beeb,you MUST keep this great sport on our screens, you got record viewing figures last week so why would you ever want to get rid of it,it is the best sport in the world and you would be mad to ditch it!

the BBC should cut some football coverage,stop give away so much cash as prizes in stupid game shows,cut the fees of overpaid so called stars,and start showing adverts to fund itself

mike,adverts are the last thing we want on the Beeb we have enough of them on ITV and thats one of the main reasons why i would completley lose interest if Murdoch gets his hands on F1.Beeb,why don't you just put the license fee up by a couple off pounds so you can afford to keep this great sport on your screens.
