F1 » Hamilton: One or two titles won't be enough for me

Lewis Hamilton insists he is far from satisfied with the sole drivers' crown he has achieved since he joined F1 in 2007, admitting his ambition is to win many more - and to do so with McLaren

there would be something very wrong if he didn't want to win more world championships.
what good is a racing driver without the ambition and drive to constantly improve?

only hope McLaren can provide him with the car to match his ambition.

Maybe his is the "key in the drivers market", time will tell. Also its very good that he's got the ambition to achieve but he also needs to realize that it might not happen. His best option is to stay with McLaren although I would love to see him being paired up with Vettel at RB. This would put an end to speculation who's better.

Really getting to the bottom of the barrel now crash? More Hamilton soundbites that serve only to provide fodder for the Hamilton fans and the so-called "haters", and nothing for those of us who couldn't give a stuff about Hamilton!

Here's a juicy story that crash could get into rather than regurgitating the same Hamilton fanboy tripe:

Vettel: Drivers could strike - several drivers are voicing safety concerns over the number of buttons to play with on the steering wheel. A strike probably won't happen but it's better than writing fanboy stuff isn't it?

End of rant!

There is no basis for Crash running a story about the possibility of Hamilton joining RBR other than some journalistic (if it can be called that) wishful thinking.

I could write a story postulating that if Crash's journalistic endeavours remain of the same vain, then it is seems inevitable that Crash will lose support and go off line, possibly next year. It would be something I have made up, but it might get people to start discussing the pros and cons of it.

John Watson...'Lewis is no longer the key in the driver market'
Well if that statement is true what do you think would happen if Lewis was to post his resume on pit wall, 'looking for a position as driver'.
Every team in F1 would come running. Some with a truck full of gold, others with fingers crossed.
Even the boys at NASCAR would make a play.
Here in the U.S. that would really be good for business..
Mr. Watson, it will be a Cold day in hell if
Lewis ever decides to leave Big Mac, win or loose.
Vettel is the WDC, rightly so, a super season.
Crash knows, just post an article about Lewis Hamilton, then listen to the Mouse clicks.
The Forum, every nut case on the net will post some noise, listen to the mouse clicks, right Crash..
My rant, agree or not, I don,t give a rats ass.
Matters little if you like him or not..Watch him drive F1 the man is pure excitement.
On my big flat screen, watching Lewis flat out, on the limit, in slow motion, Fantastic, I can only hope.

That's the spirit!

Undoubtedly one of the top 3, pukka-gen world class drivers. Obviously the others being Alonso and Seba, only the class of their cars/team will sort them out.

As much as I don't want to be dragged into sbb's troll world, we can only really compare, fairly, Hamilton and Nando from that year they shared at McLaren (Hamilton's rookie year). That year did not demonstrate Alonso as being a significantly better driver, if anything it highlighted the lad's many flaws.

Yes, Alonso didn't look as good as he was capable of, but look at his surroundings. He was at a new team that had been holding Hamilton s hand from the cradle and spoon feeding him from day one. The team was set up to push him and he probably cried and whined if thing weren't always his way. R D certainly favored Hamilton, and Alonso probably felt like was swimming up stream the whole time. He's lucky his car lasted to the end of most races.
