I would like to have been there. Having been to Bathurst 5 times it's an awesome track and seeing an F1 car on full song would be spectacular. I can highly recommend the Bathurst race to any petrol head. It's brilliant racing and you can get close to the action, into the pits, meet the drivers, etc. Very well organized and an experience that every motor sport fan should experience if given the chance. I'll be there again this year.

Isnt it really ok for some. We live in a troubled world with war, earthquakes, severe recession...Maybe you should be concentrating on your F1 job Jenson but then again I suppose this part of your 'job'

The last time an F1 car went around Bathurst was in the 70s. I'll strain the memory cells and say it was Vern Schuppen, whom participated in 13 F1 World Championship Grands Prix and many other international racing series.
