Then why not go to Melbourne???? He also said this about Todt.

We should write the rules, give them to the FIA and they should make sure they are followed. It should be like the police - the police don't write the rules and say you've got to do 30mph. Technically speaking the FIA is not supposed to write/impose rules in FI racing rules are supposed to be arrived at by FOTA (the teams) and the commercial rights holder/s, the FIA is supposed/expected to police the rules.
