Felipe Massa: Our car is better than it looked in Melbourne but it is hard to explain exactly why we failed to deliver.

I still think the real issue is the fact that they are revolving the whole team around Alonzo and I think it's unfair. In 07 Massa and Raikkonen were equal but Massa had bad luck. In 08 same thing except as always LaLa got lucky when Glock ran out of fuel. His injury in 09 didn't help not too mention that the teams that struggled with the new regs. Then in 2010 Ferrari got it right except they gave Massa the shaft and gave everything to Alonzo which is BS. I think Massa is a good driver with bad luck problems. Now he's got the worst bad luck of all in a teammate like Alonzo. He needs to move to a different team. Massa you have my support I've been a fan of yours for a long time.

The idea that the Scuderia is revolving the team around Alonso for any reason other than results is nonsense.

Those who reference the team-orders incident in the German GP last year always conveniently forget that Massa's comparative performance up to that point was terrible. Whether it had to do with his injury, lingering disappointment in losing out in 2008, bad luck, fairy magic or whatever, he was not driving competitively with his team-mate. Result.

I think proof positive that Massa is Alonso's whooping boy came when he was asked to move over when Button went off track...tactics to get Alonso ahead of Button given the fact that Ferrari assumed Button would let Massa through..hence the two car Alonso headed train goes by Button and not just Massa. Well, he moved over pronto and did he really think that Alonso would move back behind him when both had passed Button ?? The fact that Ferrari went the 'get Button a penalty route' by pitting quickly made no difference yet Alonso stayed ahead for 'tactical reasons'.. speaks volumes always. Best move on Felipe unless you like playing the Barrichello to Schumacher role and quite frankly neither of you are very good at hiding their emotions so gooooooo !!??

@Dean Dean - the problem with your theory is that Alonso pitted before Massa. Plus Massa pitted 4 or 5 laps after Button took his shortcut. I would not consider that "pitting quickly". Now if Massa had pitted on the lap that the incident occured you may have a point. Maybe they are not as devious as you think.

Ferrari compimised the whole race by getting FM to try to hold up JB so the slow starting FA could have a chance at more points.
They then lost Track Position and FM looked to have lost motivation

Message to Massa...

It makes no difference to YOU if Ferrari close the gap to RedBull, McLaren because YOU will never be allowed or given the opportunity to beat Teflonso.

Yours is the life of the No.2 plain and simple. You will be much happier in yourself when you accept the reality and move on to pastures new.

In the year when Lewis won the WDC, I think Alonso did his best to help Massa win. Do we remember that race in Brasil Massa was celebrating for a minute, only realise Lewis fifth place wins the WDC
