Felipe Massa: Our car is better than it looked in Melbourne but it is hard to explain exactly why we failed to deliver.

Poor Massa. I honestly feel sorry for the guy.

What's the point racing in F1 for him?? ferrari is all about Alonso now, so if Massa is leading, Alonso 2nd, he'll just have to bite the bullet and let him pass. What the hell is the point in that??

Massa is indeed in F1 hell. Things just could not be worse for him.

Finn,i could not agree with you more,i feel sorry for Massa too the way Ferrari are treating him now is appauling in my view and i can't believe that Massa is allowing Ferrari to do this to him,they are taking the P out of him and he just does'nt seem to be able to realise this.I can understand why he wants to drive for them because it is everyone's dream to do so,but he is never going to get the chance to ever win another race ever again all the time Alonso's there.There is just no point in him staying there any longer and the sooner he gets out of there the better.

Awww shucks. Everyone is acting surprised that Massa is a number 2 driver and blaming Alonso for it. Massa was number 2 to Schumi and the same to Kimi. The only reason he went for the title is because Kimi had lost interest by that point. Besides, after the accident, Ferrari were good to Massa and kept his place open by opting for the lousy Luca Badoer. It's not Alonso's fault that Massa is a number 2 driver, so stop blaming him or the team.

Paul,i tink Ferrari have every right to be blamed here,they are a top 3 team and they are treating Massa as if he is some kind of robot wind him up and he will obey all orders,Mclaren and Red Bull would never treat their second drivers in such terrible ways.The time has come for Massa to put his foot down now and refuse to obey any more orders that Ferrari give to him,that way he will win over alot of fan's for doing so,and he he gets sacked for disobeying Ferrari's orders then so be it,for all what he done for them in the past he deserves to be treated better than this.

@new f1fan

Ferrari are not the first or last team to use team orders and your beloved Mcmower and Redfool use team orders too.

Hakkinen - Coulthard
Hamilton - Kovo German GP
Vettel - Webber (not bad from a number 2 driver)

Massa's result in Melbourne did not come as a surprise to me. I saw him drive into the track (in a silver Maserati) looking like a sanguine grumpy sad man, seemingly annoyed that there was a crowd to greet him. I can't see how that could be a good state of mind to be in for his first race.

new f1 fan... Massa dis obeyed orders last year. It caused Alonso to back off his rear end and cry to the team. FA cried so heavily that the team notified Massa that the next time he did that would be his last. And yes when they asked Telfonso about the orders he said he knew and asked for nothing. FA cried last year as well when Petrov out drove him but the radio crying fell on deaf ears as they are not team mates. When asked about Petrov , FA suddenly remembered it and cried to the public.
