F1 » Hamilton wins, Webber stars at sparkling Shanghai

He had been criticised pre-race for having failed to manage his tyres well in Malaysia last weekend. In China seven days on, Lewis Hamilton was the Pirelli maestro - but it was Mark Webber who stole the show in Shanghai...

Well done to Hammi and Mclaren! They are back! Awesome job by Webber and a fine drive by Seb! :) Whats up with Ferrari? I kept falling asleep and waking up so have no clue what happened. 2 pit strategy for them I am guessing?

@fiery...
why comment if you can't be bothered to watch the tv coverage? no doubt your hatred was such that when Hamilton passed the chequered flag you switched off else you would have seen the huge hug shared between Vettel and Hamilton behind the podium. but of course you can't give him credit when it's due can you?

for those in the UK i hope you saw the f1 forum where Hamilton was interviewed in the garage and you saw the 'real' Hamilton excited and emotional after todays win.

Hi,
I am Australian and am a passionate and proud Mark Webber supporter.My dream is for MW to hold that WDC crown and join Jack Brabham and Alan Jones.
How ever if that does not happen this year, the only thing that will bring me relief is to see one of the two Mclaren boys,who have earned my respect, wipe Seb V and Helmut M nose in the dirt then get that friggin finger of S V and stick it up his cake hole.
Honestly, the site of SV and HM make me want to puke.
"GO FOR IT MARK" C,MONNNNN !!!!!!!!!

A good result and entertaining race..

At the post race conference you could sense the tension between Seb and Mark and I don't see why?.Seb completely ignored Marks efforts and Mark did not entertain much of Seb.

Hamiltion conducted himself well.

Great job Lewis. Loved the part where he filled his trophy with some champagne and drank from it. Webber gave a big smile. And i was shocked when mark said in the post interview room that he was happy Vettle got beat/stopped.

Commo, it was quite obvious. Better still was Marks comment re. someone breaking Sebs run. You could almost feel the tension as he said it, as he looked at Seb and thought "sh1t, this doesn't sound good, media field day". Still, for Seb to not acknowledge Marks effort, well, just typical of the Finger, isn't it. He's probably smoking cigars with Helmut right know!
