rob. you criticise velvet if he tries to make a pass and you criticise him if he decides to play safe. i doubt that he was caught sleeping. even though his radio was kaput, he knew where lulu was, courtesy of pitboard, and he was able to receive messages. he would also have heard the mclaren, and seen it in his mirrors. when you are losing a second or more a lap, you KNOW that you are going to be passed.
