@ the comment above. You think that RBR are on a shoe string budget? Newey is on a reported $8m a year, how much you think they put into the car if they pay him that much? 5 quid? RBR have vast resources (just like McLaren & Ferrari) that's why they're at the top - don't kid yourself pal.

Ptolomy,Newey could be designing any car from any team on the grid and they would probably be at the front,the Bulls just happen to be the lucky ones who got the golden prize and thats why they are doing so well.Mclaren proved in the last race that you don't always need Newey to win,and it just shows how good Mclaren are.
