Personally I think this outfit is still quite a while away from earning points on merit. It's nice that Heikki came home in front of a Sauber and Williams in China, but I'm not convinced that they have the consistency to regularly do that. Perez was slapped with two penalties during the race if I'm not mistaken, which is why he was at the bottom of the field. The car Williams have built this year is an absolute dog, and that's reflected by their worst ever start to a season: but I'm sure it has the hidden potential to place much higher in the field. It's nice to see Lotus getting on with their job, I think they're a great team for F1 and I wish them all the best, I just believe that points are a fairly ambitious goal to set for this year.
