For Williams to make a choice of loosing 3 key personnel is a show of desperation. Patrick Head was one of the original founders and for him to walk away
is not a good sign.

As for Sams replacement that is a real show of desperation.

Sam Michael has been with the team for 10 Years and has been a main player.

Will the replacement of 3 main payers solve Williams problem. I don't think so. They are under funded which is well documented and by placing the team assets in the public domain in order to gain funding
is not the way to go and opens doors for shareholders.

Williams are a Icon in the sport and their name alone should have nurtured sponser support.

Shares falling - losing two key players albeit with a long hand over - interesting times - maybe a hint of panic. Does look as though Frank & Patrick got their timing right in disposing of some of their shares - guaranteed their pensions . Wonder what the new shareholders think?

It seems a bit rash to make such a big change before the European races even start. Unfortunately Williams has fallen and probably can't get back up. This may very well be their final season.

Most interesting in light of Head's sale of his shares. Michael has underachieved consistently and one wonders at the timing in relation to Heads move. Doubt that this team with recover from what has been a long spiral down. Financial stresses will continue to build.

Why ever would Montoya consider coming back to F1, he earns far far more in N. America than F1 could ever offer..sponsorship alone in NASCAR is enormous..if it wasn't about the biggest pay cheque, he'd have opted the Indy car re route to stay in single seaters plus his ties to Florida, Miami etc.
It was a battle staying the right side of 150lbs in F1...trust me on that.

Kranalif . . . add stepney and return barrichello to his best role as team workhorse (number 2) and put a proper driver in the other car (i always thought alonso a perfect 'williams driver), paint the cars black and watch the team get back to rhe front . . . Im afraid though that williams appear to be going soft!
