Rubens Barrichello admits that he will be sad to see Williams technical director Sam Michael depart the scene come season's end in F1 2011 - but acknowledges that change is most definitely needed at the struggling Grove-based outfit

Williams almost seem to have the most potential for success, coming up with extreme things like their gearbox (which looks like it would allow for more performance benefits than almost any current innovation), and it sucks to see them disappoint year after year. I hope the restructuring actually does something drastic to turn them around.

Williams have seemed to have most of there success with aggresive, selfish, self-centerd fast drivers, rubens isnt one of those, but i bet he could help (unintentionally) such a driver move williams nearer the front.
