This is a bit strange and apparently this was in an off throttle area so you cant just look in the telemetry for a lift. They got a reprimand (but no penalty) even though they demonstrated they were slower in the corner than previous laps. So why a reprimand at all?

What do they need to do? Stop. Secondly, the place where Hekki was parked after crashing was very dangerous. There should have been a full track yellow/SC. It's the stewards who should be reprimanded for allowing Hekki and track workers to stand fully in danger.
