F1 » Lewis Hamilton: Maybe it's because I'm black...

An angry Lewis Hamilton was in no mood for pulling punches after what he described as a 'shambles' of a 2011 Monaco Grand Prix, during which he claimed some of his rivals were 'frickin' ridiculous' and the treatment he received 'an absolute joke'

@Richard: Yes I hope he goes to Indy car and race ovals, I am pretty sure that the American rednecks are going to be delighted when he pulls his moves on others! He will have to use the racist card more often

@Racingintime: Passing ramming others is not racing, he hit maldonado from the rear. That is not fair play. YOU GET THAT? If he had apologized, everybody wouldnt have gone mad.

don't forget that when the safety car came out for him punting massa off the track, it totally ruined jensons race which he was in with a very good chance of winning. he's the one that should be ranting about you!
I
he is becoming a liability with his comments just as much as he can be with his car.

I think it would be a shame if in the years to come he is remembered for being a tw#t and not one of the best drivers of his time.
he really shouldn't talk to the press after a bad race

I could not understand the hand waving when he passed Schumacher. Lewis seems to expect people to crash themselves to get out his way. If he can't handle racing with other drivers maybe he should switch to rallying.

I think the whole "is it cos is black" comment was used as joke by lewis...he will live to regret i guess. But he did show so passion on the race track and as he said he "tried to put on a show" isn't the whole point of drs and kerse to help overtaking, I think Mssa and Maldanado were not expecting to overtaken because it is Monaco after all...history shows Monaco is track where overtaking is rare or non-existant!

@kranalif

You are wrong, watch the on-board from Lewis' car, he is clearly alongside Maldanado. Watch it again and then post back with more accurate comments.

IMO, you as a black man do not pull the racecard unless it is legitimate. And since we are living in the year 2011 where a 'black' man is the president of the most powerful country in the world...I would have to say that 'Lewis' has a lot of growing up to do! Thats my 2 cents worth. LOL Ed:)
