F1 » Lewis Hamilton: Maybe it's because I'm black...

An angry Lewis Hamilton was in no mood for pulling punches after what he described as a 'shambles' of a 2011 Monaco Grand Prix, during which he claimed some of his rivals were 'frickin' ridiculous' and the treatment he received 'an absolute joke'

All throughout the interview he is angry, bitter and lacks any respect for those around him. He comes across as a spoilt little brat who has just been scolded and he still doesnt understand why. He then tries to say all he wants to do is race and overtake but if he runs into somebody he doesnt get why he is in trouble. When has ever taken the blame for his actions?? I might be mistaken but i'm sure there was at least 10 overtakes today by others that were completely safe and there was no contact between the drivers involved. The other driver guilty of bad overtaking which resulted in an accident was punished and quite rightly so. Hamiltons manouvers were a result of his over enthusiasm and belief that he has a god given right to be infront of another driver. If he'd been patient he would more than likely have gotten past Massa and Maldonado.

Braking too late and forcing your opponent wide might work on other tracks but it's too aggressive for Monaco. Of course they're going to turn in if they don't expect you to come at them from too far behind!

He could have made these claimes justifiably on several occasions in the past . But this time I am afraid his penalties were deserved .And this is coming from a Hamilton fan who said in the past on Crash ,

''All Hamilton has to do is pass wind and the stewards will have a penalty waiting for him after the race . Lewis has let his frustrations ruin his driving and rule his head . Antony Hamilton we need you back asap .

If anything the FIA go too lightly on Hamilton. Who had heard of a driver getting a reprimand instead of a penalty until Lewis got one? Schumacher got a grid penalty at the next race after not crashing into Rubens in Hungary. Now Lewis gets a meaningless 20 second penalty for taking out Maldanado? This is the second time that he has been penalized without even losing a position. Maybe he getting a break because of his color.

those Hamiltons, Simoncellis, Rossis never truly take their mistakes officialy and priority is to shake any women around them (they so often have girls somewhere around them). They've mistaken tabloids with racing world or they have truly complex about attractiveness and masculinity.

Zip it, Lewis! Crikey! You're playing the Race Card??? FFS,Man you've got a great career going, you're a great driver, and you spew crap like that?? You are getting to be a hard fellow for fans and sponsors to like. I don't care what you think right now, you'll find out soon your comments are not intelligent or appropriate and then it'll be another embarrassing apology. Control yourself. You have been noteworty as a driver, but the history you do not want to make is to be the first F1 guy to play the race card.
