Is Sebastian Vettel already out of reach of his rivals with more than half the 2011 F1 campaign to run?

The next 3 Races are vital if Vettel is in top 3 on all 3 races, game over .
Might I add once it's mathematically impossible say by the end of September .5 Races left viewing figures will be very low (loosing the casual viewer) also I assume maybe constructers will be won by red bull aswell . Apart from the petrol heads there won't be much point in watching it lol

Math is the only way someone is going to think they have a chance. Because running Vettel straight up isn't going to work. FIA realized it was over and banned an item to see if it would help the rest. Interest in the rest of the season is going to slide severely after Silverstone. Some hoping by hook or crook that Vettel will be stopped. Nothing is going to change this year except the record books.

I too thought of the 2009 season which saw an early "foregone conclusion" go to the kast couple of races. But the telling point this year is that the other teams and drivers seem to have written it off in their own minds. And for that reason I think, yes it is finished.

I don't wish it on him and don't want to jinx him however barring a season ending injury, Vettel will be WDC. Maybe Lewis should meet him in the carpark one night with a cricket bat! I must say though, it is disheartening to hear the other drivers giving up. The only one still sounding positive is Webber.

What F1-title race in 2011? There never was a title race. Thanks to JTodts-FIA (Fixers of the International Airspace) my former sport of F1 has been morphed into the most predictable, mediocre parade of over-priced automotive electronic technology.Watching a go-kart race in your local track beats any F1 race in its current state of affairs. F1 is an oddity, in which only a minority of habitual teams/drivers can win. The disparity between teams is staggering and has turned off a lot of fans. Overtaking on the track in todays F1 is on life-support and the few, rare races where it does take place in limited form, it is solely the result of stupid artificial, manufactured systems created and approved by FIA (fixers of international airspace).

The simple fact that the discussion of possible outcomes for the 2011-F1 season are in the realm of a mathematical calculation is further proof that the sport of F1 is no more. What else needs NOT TO HAPPEN until the teams, sponsors are going to say enough to the FIA/Bernie/cvc? Mathematical $#!+. Good grief!
