Webber: “From the outside, the fans will not notice any difference, although the cars could sound quite different when braking and entering for the corners."

Yeah, that's kind of noticeable. We might also take note that Vettel isn't running away at the front and that you're tooling around in fourth.....

@ MotoGP, Yeah and you are just "Tooling" aroung in your lounge room, I think Mark might be just a little more clued on than you sport, might be wise to listen to the experts rather than trying to be one!

Webber,we the fan of F1 can't stand to watch Vettel winning again and again. The current F1 favours people like Adrian Neweywhich are good designers of the aerodynamics.I don't understand why the FIA doesn't support more car manufacters like Ferrari and Mercedes which are amazing on the mechanical side.Is better to watch them winning than energy-drinks outfits.

firestorm. who has elected you to speak for me or the other millions of fans?
but mark is right, the rule re-interpretation is deliberately timed to prevent one team dominating. and f1 history is all about one team domination at various times, be it ferrari, mclaren, williams etc. when one team or driver dominates, it is up the the others to catch them/him, not for the fia to try and pull them/him back.

Lets just wait and see. All the varying scenarios will not give the outcome. I believe it will prove interesting. After the event we can all discuss the if buts and ands.

richard wrong - the rule re-interpretation was made to stop cheats altering downforce by the use of moving parts throttle/pistons/movement change

107 RBR and other teams have been cheating by altering downforce by movement of the throttle. Reason the rule was changed and RBR and other teams have not objected to the rule change
