There are too many old ideas at Williams, and this is one of them. Head is now too old to invent anything competitive in F1. These old fellas have made very unfuturistic ideas in the last few years and the team has paid a big price for example they allowed Rosberg to leave and took on the Cosworth engine when all the bigger teams were running either Mercedes, Ferrai or Renault engines. Somwhow they managed to hire Mike Coughlan, who was at the center of Spygate in 2007. That team is doomed if the old guys at Williams dont leave.
