"a litany of uncharacteristic errors" ??

How many errors has Whitmarsh made this year compared to Lulu?
Mind you Whitmarsh's errors are "uncharactristic" and Lulu's are completely charactristic, maybe thats the point lol.

Since he took over only red bull have won more races, 17 - 9, a strike rate pretti similar to ron dennis record fron 2000 to the end of 2008 when ron had the benefit of the genius adrian newey until 06 designing the car, they had future world champ raikkonen, double and defending champ alonso and other good drivers, yeilding one drivers tiitle for hamilton. The were rumblings in 2008 that ron had put hamiltons ambitions before the team, almost made him bigger than the brand. Ron isnt there now and martin whitmarsh is in position to be the fall guy.

I am sure Mclaren wouldnt axe Whitmarsh. He is much better in running the team than Denis was.

There are two WDC in a team allowed to race and they do!

MW is very patient with Lulu, no acrimony after Lulus post race outbursts against the team (which IMO are not doing Lulu any harm anyway).

McLaren so far is the only team to have both drivers win this year so in a way Whitmarsh is doing a good job. The only thing McLaren has to fix is it's design department and lessen their strategy and pits stop mistakes. I don't see Whitmarsh leaving just yet.

Ron Dennis is just fooling around the F1 paddock (as are the likes of Jackie Stewart). None of them would do a better job than Whitmarsh. He will succeed!!!!!
