Of course that it was Lewis Hamilton,he made an excellent drive but he was unlucky.Next best was Alonso who similary to Hamilton was with wrong tyres at a stage of the race. These two are head and shoulders ahead of any other driver this season. As for Vettel he made a straightforward race which will help him to become the 2011 champion.Button must prove to everyone that he is able to win in normal conditions.I remember that he won only with the dominant Brawn GP as the class of the field. His victories with Honda and McLaren are only in wet or dry/wet conditions. So he is far away to his illustrious team-mate.

Luck has nothing to do with it (or no more than any other race or any other driver). The others made bad calls or weren't quick enough (or both). By making the right calls and being quick, JB won the race... which is sort of what racing is all about.

Webber, 5 stops, wrong tyre strategy, still improved a place. Ricciardo, for smashing his teammate by a lap in only his 3rd GP start and beating DiAmbrosio. Jenson ultimately because he capitalised on the situation as it unfolded. Definitley not would be... Vettel, way too many errors and didn't improve his position. Lewis for a stupid moment which caused the drive thru.
BTW, credit mention must go to DiResta. A fine drive with composure in difficult conditions, and Heidfeld for being quicker at jumping out of a car than driving one. :)

Firestorm,

So Lulu was unlucky to spin.

Unlucky to do a lunatic spin turn in front of Di Resta.

Unlucky to get a penalty for the lunatic spin turn.

Unlucky to ask for inters.

Wow what an unlucky guy he is, or you could look at it and say luck had nothing to do with it, his bad driving and his bad decisions had everything to do with it.

Driver of the day, Button and Di Resta

Richard, yes it was amazing because after the spin he still managed to keep the car going and continued on plus he had 6 visits to the pitlane and still finished in 4th place.
