F1 » di Resta: No predictions for Spa, but....


Buoyed by two good weeks for the Force India team, Paul di Resta is already eagerly anticipating the Belgian Grand Prix.

Well said there pitstop.
Spa has to be the best track in the world, it is in a great location, the setting is nice, it has fast long straights and flowing corners and some slow corners too.
As Murray Walker once said "this track has everything".
just wish it had the old bus stop still and the old pit road too.
Apart from that it is an AWESOME track! :-)

ferret,i agree,i can't believe they are thinking of alternating this race with(i think it was France if it comes back)it is just stupid,this race needs to be on the caleneder every single year!

liam, it is not intentionally being removed from the calender. it is the locals who are trying to stop racing there. part of it is on the public road. whilst saying that, they seem happy enough for the 24 hr there, just won by an audi with bmw second.

Many people say Monaco is the crown jewel of Formula 1 because of all the glitz and stuff. I think that is crap to be honest. Spa is the crown jewel of the calendar as it does truly have it all. It really pushes these cars to the limit and has always produced some awesome history. My favorite race on the calendar by far. Don't even think of alternating it!
