F1 » Barrichello Williams seat under threat from FIF1 duo

Speculation is suggesting that Williams veteran Rubens Barrichello could be denied his 20th consecutive campaign of F1 competition in 2012 by either Adrian Sutil or former team-mate Nico Hülkenberg

yeah, but the problem is that a pay driver, not particularly highly regarded or fast, is showing barro the way. now why would frank want to keep paying him his high salary, when a person who can bring money to the team is faster? and every so often, barro does a lulu and criticises the team. frank doesnt take kindly to that, and rightly so.

A driver has to take some responsibility for the development of the car, especially one as experienced as Rubens. I find it strange that hes moaning about being a test driver and whining about too many new parts, he'd have a bigger problem if there were no new parts coming through.
I'm pretty sure that one of the reasons that Williams signed him was his alleged ability to develop a car.
Probably not a good idea to do too much blah, blah, blahing Rubens, Frank wont put up with it.

I said it before but here it goes again: give this guy Heidfeld's car.

He probably won't be that much faster, but he's a much more respected technician and he knows the ins and outs of a winning outfit.

Actually, I follow F1 since 1988 and I have NEVER heard Williams or Head singing the praise of a driver like they have of Barrichello for the past 2 years. When you think of the amount of garbage they threw at Piquet and Mansell, to name just these two, that says it all!

Plus the situation is clearly turning sour now that they opened the door to random stakeholders / speculators and have no results to feed them. Surely Rubens can't wait to get out of this bee nest!
