Bernie Ecclestone has shrugged off suggestions that his time in F1 may be drawing to an end.

If he is sentenced for his corrupt dealings, I wonder if that will bring into question all his subsequent deals? Including the Sky/BBC deal? Hopefully it will, and then someone honest who cares about F1 can re-negotiate it correctly....and keep Parr out of the equation this time too.

Greedy, selfish sods - certainly not worthy of my lifetime of F1 support.

i get the impression that bernie reputation for 'shady' deals is what has been keeping the volkswagon group out of f1, any 'reputable' organisation would seriously have to look into any dealings with bernie, and in the case of honda and toyota, from a culture where honour is high on the list of priorities, anyone would pay special attention to any dealings with bernie, or not bother at all!

Hands up those who would like the prospect of spending their final years of life in prison and having a large portion of the community thinking you are a crook. If you have no self respect, then sure just enjoy the money while you can!
