That explains now why the prices have all gone up for 2012 then!!!!! They now want nearly £50 quid just to park in a ruddy field on race day!!!! I've been going to Silverstone for nearly 10 years now, but wont be next year, as I cant afford the tickets!!!! Great that they are doing all these up grades, but it's a bit poor that the Race fans are having to pay for it!!!

Would be nice if they could build some decent grandstands for starters. Silverstone still reminiscent of 1970's in terms of spectator facilities. Track and paddock facilities are superb so hopefully the rest of the circuit can be brought up to standard that justifies the ticket prices.

I agree with the business park. However this is a restricted site for access It needs to develope road systems in 20 miles in all directions and developing a larger airstrip to take business jets to serve this development like ever other large business park worth locating too.Afteral where is the skilled labour going to live?

With the prices going up and television rights going to Sky a lot of people will not be following F1, it could go the way of football here with not enough people attending to cover their investment.
