Michael Schumacher: Despite some funny rumours and stupid untruthful stories, I keep repeating myself, that you will see me in 2012. I will be here.

Damn right!

As all his supporters knew, Schumi is no quitter! And he will continue and see out his contract...

The problem is not with him, it is with the car, that much is obvious...

Brawn and his cronies need to sort themselves to build this man a competitie car for 2012...

Wouldnt it be fantastic to see Schumi battling it out on a regular basis with Alonso, Vettel, Hamilton?

The only way for Schumi to stop people talking about retirement and stuff is to beat Nico. We know the cars not great but the first rule of racing is beat your teammate. MS knows this, Nico knows this and anyone who knows anything about motorsport knows this.

The story originated today week (last Monday) by Corriere Dello Sports most of the F1 sites carried it over, some but not all promptly removed the story from their sites, by the evening MS's spokes person (Sabine Kehm) said, the quotes are all nonsense, since he (MS) returned to F1 he has not spoken to anyone from Corriere Dello Sports.
Corriere Dello Sports editor, these (were) words reported on our website which our editorial staff didn't know anything about, when we noticed the news we removed it.
In my personal opinion I believe that what MS started he will see fully thru as he always did.

Nico Rosberg probably gives excellent technical feedback, even he though would likely admit that is at least one area, Schumacher wll be ahead in. The teams have been talking about the re introduction of some form of in season testing, something that would help schumacher greatly, it may not happen soon enough for schuey though. Is it also just a coincidence that williams and renault also struggling, have experinced drivers to help car development, but the less experienced driver is 'quicker'?

I don't get it, do Schumacher fans really believe that if Merc build a top car the gap to Rosberg will disappear? If he's battling someday with Hamilton, Alonso and Vettel that will consequently mean Nico is 10 seconds up the road ahead of them.

What gap to Rosberg? many qualifyings this year its been less then a tenth.. how many kers issues has Schumacher had? how many DRS? now remind me how many Rosbergs had? now lets start on retirements? Schumacher 3 rosberg 1..

Maybe if Schumacher didnt get the grunt of the reliablity issues they wouldnt be a "gap". Schumachers had Rosberg over a barrel in at least 3 races this year till he either pushes to hard and makes a mistake or he has badluck.

Glad to hear this Schumi.. need a good run in Spa
