This is BULL$H1T... Heidfeld has done a good job this season... he's always raced very well... he's had bad luck and bad reliability over the last few races when he's been in point scoring positions which has resulted in no points... Renault have blamed him for a lot of their mistakes including Hungary which was RIDICULOUS!!! I hope he gets another drive somewhere else and is back next season.

renault is a lously team...ever since FA and FB left the team been an A$$ to everyone...Nick been a good driver..but the has lost a bit of touch since he was a reserve driver after BMW was de-commission...nick was driving ok...but i think it has a lot to do witht the team..they havent been improving lately..and havent ever since..

Burno Senna a lously driver also...why they pick him?..simple he related to A.senna..they thought he has the racing gennes so they will work on him rather than nick...but overall nick is a better driver..but he has to pick up more...

Senna is getting the drive because he comes with several millions pounds worth of sponsorship.

Sad really, but any of the midfield to lower teams who lacks funds will take a mediocre driver if he can bring in finance to the team.

To all those commenting on how lousy Bruno is and how stupid Renault is in dropping Nick, are you the same guys who spew hate at Michael Schumacher and ask him to retire so that the seat can go to a young driver?Atleast Michael has 7 WDCs and 91 GP wins. The way you guys support Nick,it seems like he has won more than any other driver on the grid. And when someone points out that he hasn't won anything, all of you will immediately jump to his defense saying his cars were crap.Well then what do you call Bruno's HRT last year?A bullock cart masquerading as a F1 car.Come on,you don't have to like him but atleast give him a chance in a decent car,as opposed to the guy who has spent 10 years and won nothing except for the distinction of having max no of 2nd positions and getting max points without any wins.

Brunno was shown his place in not more than 1 weekend by a certain Christian Klien last season. What a pity that big bucks have won him a race seat again!
Its really disheartening to see that the grid is getting filled with Muppet like Bruno. People like Klien, Nick should really feel hard done by.

At least they could have looked at Hulkenberg than looking at this over-hyped piece of no good garbage named Brunno Senna.

f1 is about money money money...if renualt doesnt win anything it cost them their sponsorship..i think they wouldnt want to repeat what FB did..i think FB did save the team but he got himself in deep $hit...in the singapore crashgate

sometimes doing the right thing isnt doing the right thing....save the team from danger but got thyself killed off

Well most drivers who need to come in F1 are either paid drivers or come from young drivers program. And definitely not all paid drivers are muppets.Of the ones that I can remember correctly Niki Lauda was a paid driver,Hunt was a sorta paid driver only getting to F1 because of Hesketh being is friend, the highly acclaimed Paul DiResta is a paid driver with Merc backing,Michael was a paid driver again with Merc backing. And the Christian Klein who showed Bruno his so called place was in couple of qualis. It wasn't that he came from back of the grid and took a win and showed how bad Bruno was.He qualified 1 place above Bruno. And does someone remember the qualifying legend Ayrton not able to qualify one race in his rookie season, whereas his teammate did.Does anyone remember how many championships his teammate won?All I am saying is give the kid a chance. If he is not good enough in a decent machinery then by all means call him whatever you want. But don't just say he is lousy because he was lu

@Arya I am kinda surprised that you mention Nico Hulkenberg and call Bruno a overhyped no good piece of garbage in the same sentence.Last year no one was more over hyped than your so called Hulk with all the victories in junior categories and all and he was the same Hulk who was shown his place week in week out by a old and the best no 2 driver Rubens.Yes the romance of him putting a Williams on pole is too hard to resist for most people, but everyone knows it was down to luck and changing weather conditions and him being at the right place at the right time.He couldn't even defend his position for 1 lap.He was replaced by a pay driver, who though having not scored any points has not yet been trounced in quali by the same man who trounced the Hulk.
