Michael Schumacher failed to complete a lap in opening qualifying at Spa-Francorchamps and will start Sunday's Belgian GP from 24th on the grid.

what a shambles! this team are terrible. I am no schumacher fan but to let him down like that on his 20th anniversary is appalling.

you will never win again in this team.

i dont know if the wheel came of in the accident, or before it, and the team dont seem to know either. but i was stunned to hear ej saying he couldnt understand why the tethers didnt work! jake soon put him right.

Happened before, it's what caused the crash.

Schumi commented on BBC site about it.

What a shambles though, Schumi gets a new race engineer and the wheels literally fall off the wagon.
