Rosberg led early on and had to run at a faster pace, therefore using more fuel. There is previous evidence for this at the Chinese GP where Rosberg ran stronger than expected and had to conserve fuel to finish.

Schumacher had extra new sets of tyres. This makes you faster as evidenced by the person being knocked out in Q3 finishing in the points in 6 of the last 9 races. Once again, previous evidence shows there is nothing unusual.

It might have been managed, but there is plenty of evidence to suggest it wasn't.

berger is right. nico was able to stay right behind schumi, to the flag, so he wasnt "saving fuel". whatever, it made little difference to anyone, so schumi was entitled to a birthday present. and team orders are not banned.

Schumi did catch Nico up and to be fair, starting from dead last and finishing fifth suggests that the pace was certainly there.
Schumi was the first to hold up his hand after the race and state that if he and Nico were on the same tyres then he would not have been able to pass him. That's the new Schumi always admitting to his errors or stating it like it is. What more do people want. Anyway there are ex racing drivers and there are those that still compete.

richard is right, plus this is not the first time this is happening, last year i think in turkey rosberg was also called to step aside pathetic show from merc team, and before you jump on schumacher qualities please consider jenson who lost he's wing and had to recover from 19th position or pastor maldonado who in that crappy car managed to get to 10th place from 21, just be fair and acknowledge that this guys time is over he has nothing more to bring to the sport, barichelo as well they are done

Well, all I can say is this. The W03 is the last chance saloon, if it still tanked I imagine the board of Mercedes will pull the plug on F1. Nearly 400 million euros already spent on the team and victory is still nowhere in sight.

Team orders or no team orders.... who cares?

Either way coming from last place to finish 5th or 6th avoiding any midfield collisions was a great achievement.

I can't help but wonder why people are not focussing on Shuey losing a wheel on his first lap of qualifying. That to me is more of a "conspiracy" !!
