Hard to disagree - Vettel & colleagues have absorbed pressure arguably better than any of the others and delivered, delivered, delivered. They've now made it a habit which isn't likely to be broken for a while and are clearly enjoying the buzz which some others only seem to get from hanging out with celebrities...

For sure they are in the position they deserve. And with little rule changes for next year should be in a similar situation in 2012. Unless you believe Red saying they are building a unbeatable structure. now thats a laugh.

Without Newey where would they be ?

Fighting Mercedes and Force India in the midfield.

McLaren and Ferrari are having to run far riskier strategies in order to try and beat them, not many people seem to understand.

Vettels driving, while making few mistakes, has had the luxury of the best car, by far.

Sorry if that does not fit with the polemic you wish, but it is the fact.

I don't think Red Bull will always have this edge but they will always have different approach towards motor sports as they are not just racing team but also major cog in Red Bull's marketing...
I can already see Seb being tired more of the promo events he has to attend than actual racing preps.
Regardless however,I think they thoroughly deserve it. Other teams lagging behind isn't Red Bulls fault!

Webber is a NUMBER 2 DRIVER....

Explained, easily for you there.

What about the gap to Massa, Coulthard etc ?

No2 drivers can be as fast and faster than the top few, but not always, decisively, over a season, they inexorably drop back, unable to be lightening quick at all circuits.

Again, people do not understand F1, Teams and actually racing the cars to any real level.

With the large Car advantage Red Bull enjoy, they are able to run far more conservatively in all areas and aspects, whereas the others have to run far more risky, knife edge, strategies, setups, tolerances, thousands of permutations.
