Come on Shamilton this is your weekend with the fastest car, show it make sure you are 0.5 sec quicker than Button at least, if there's anywhere you can't say Redbull has the fastest car it's around this track, use your car and your supposedly speed!

Oh wait there's probably going to be another reality check for you Sham! Vettel's talent is proving all the deluded Sham lovers that Monza 2008 wasn't just a fluke, wasn't just a flash in the pan, wasn't because it was due to the other top driver/car faultering, what happened at that race showed a emerging star that in a Torro Rosso make a statement and show Alonslo, Aham and rest of the grid there's a new F1 king emerging and ready to blow everyone away, and for that Sham that's why you're losing the plot recently, even if it's a Mclaren 1-2 the mental damage to Sham is permanent.

@ tealeaf

A beautiful example of how to read WAAAY too much into free practice mate...
I'm a Button fan, can't actually stand Hami, but that was a lot said about the first session Vettel's lead this weekend.

Oh, by the way, the Mercedes is fastest I believe.

beeflin. the merc times were set on very light fuel load, and with brand new softs. they normally do that in fp, and then fade out in quali and race trim. if you look at overall times, they are still 1 sec behind, and are in their normal positions. there is little point in being fast in one section but then losing it all before the end. anyway, we'll see in the race if they have improved. they will easily stay ahead of renault, now that renault is relying on two pay drivers.

I'll stick with what I said yesterday, the Bull's will qualify well but when it comes time for the race I am not so sure its going to be 'easy' to stay ahead. Hammi, Button, and Alonso will be right there somewhere. Go Mark, Go Seb! :)
