More regulation.

Why not just cut the RPM's down to 8000, that way the cornering forces will not be so bad...

Article 2.3 is rediculous if you think about it... RBR could be excluded under that article by simply being .5s/lap faster than anyone else, because if it is moving that much faster, it must be "unsafe".

Arbitrary rules enforcement and subjective means of governing said rules are just like the stuff found on the floor of the Scuderia's garage... Horsesh1t!
