Could Kimi Raikkonen be considering an F1 return with one of the sport's less successful teams of recent times?

I really doubt in Kimi's return. But if the Iceman wants to fight for the 7th row on the grid and places at the end of a point zone Williams is a right team for his ambitions.

soaum. reported on many sites, and all speculated about return to f1. crash.net is just late with the same story. incidentally, kimi has been excluded from wrc points as he didnt go to australia. hardly the sign of someone who is dedicated to continuing rallying. yeah, there will always be speculation, but i doubt that he was visiting to see if the jag would be suitable for rallying! but there again.....

I dont think kimi realy knows what he wants seems to get bored with things quickly . if he came back to f1 how long before he gets fed up with that again .

Kimi had the chance to rejoin Mclaren when Ferrari ditched him, he refused because the massive paycheck wasn't offered even though Ferrari paid him more than 20 million euros for the 2010 season, it was greed, he could be the 1 instead of Button putting Sham in his place right now as Kimi was regarded as the fastest guy out there and on form blew Alonso and Button away, then when Renault expressed an interest he had an outburst and said he'd never drive for them and that closed another door, well it looks like game over for his F1 career if he wants to join the lower midfield then that's up to him but his career path in recent years has been bemusing to say the least.

at least if he joins Williams it'll be like the old days for him, seeing how he'll be racing with Schumacher again -for 10th place lol

in all seriousness though, the WRC has been pretty much an embarrassment for Kimi especially when I'm sure he wanted to be taking the fight to Loeb and he's ended up battling with the boss's son for 7th.

After his decision to walk away and his lack of motivation while at Ferrari I would question his commitment to any team he joined, and thats ignoring if he's as quick as he was, that much time out of an f1 car mixed with a change of formula's (WRC, Nascar and Endurance) his abilities would be dulled a little, although his age is in his favour so you never know
