Could Kimi Raikkonen be considering an F1 return with one of the sport's less successful teams of recent times?

Even if this were a serious proposition, I think Williams would be mistaken to take Kimi instead of Rubens for two reasons - 1, Raikkonen would be a LOT more expensive, and 2, Rubens is a much better development driver by all accounts. Is Kimi a better racer? Probably, yes. But he really isn't what Williams need right now.

This is ridiculous! The whole reason why Raikonnen left F1 in the first place was because he couldn't get a seat in any of the top teams. There's no way he'll return to drive under a car that's that far down the grid.

blzbub makes a good point about Kimi after Flip's accident.
He didn't seem very interested in 2008, he was 10th in the championship going to Hungary in 2009 with 10 points from 9 races, then after Flip's accident he was the only driver to podium at the next 4 races! He did seem to have the ability to raise his game to a new level when it was needed (or when he felt like it) If his commitment matched his talent Kimi would have been a multiple champion by now.
