F1 » Vettel one point shy after Singapore success


Sebastian Vettel needs to score just one point in Japan to put the destiny of the F1 2011 drivers' crown beyond doubt following victory in Singapore - although Jenson Button made him work for it...

Well done Vettel. Unlucky Button you almost caught him.

Congrats Paul, brilliant finish, ahead of Rosberg. You should take his seat next season.

Well done Seb! Good job Jens and a great comeback to finish 3rd Webber! Man Mark is having a tough time at the start and then to add the no DRS, he did well. 1 point away Seb! WOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOO!:)

For me, the best thing about that race was seeing a good amount of "sparks and flames" like 80's early 90's style. 2nd best was Hammi giving us something to laugh about.....again. Nice comeback from Webber and Seb nearly earning a Grand Slam - I'm sure he led every single lap but Button got the FL and was a solid drive from Jenson.... The No.1 Macca driver !

Vettel, Button, Alonso, best drivers in F1 at present. DiResta a future champion, Hamilton, gobby and has appauling racecraft. Cant wait for Massa to put him in the wall at the next apportunity
