What he meant to say was "Yes, we'll be bringing new parts to the races to try on the cars. They'll be development ideas for the 2012 car & we'll wallop everyone again next year."

I suspect they could have stopped development back in April, and it would dtill be winning. These series of RB cars are become as dominant as the Williams of 91-93.

RBRs package has been ahead of the pack since 2009. The car doesn't have one feature that can be banned (Doubledeck diffuser, F-duct, moving weight etc) to make the competition even again. The whole package is better and most likely will be, until new regulations are put into place.

Here's a notion for you, Adrian...how about making sure all the parts on Webber's chassis actually work for a race? I don't even know how many races he's run without his DRS or KERS working right, this season. The only truly reliable part of his car has been his engine.

With this years title wrapped up, Adrian using the rest of the season for testing out 2012 parts, and Red Bulls rock solid dominance and reliability teams only have a whispering hope of winning any title before 2013.

We are now entering into a critical phase for all teams. Adapt now to win in 2013 or else see the Adrian,Red Bull,Renault mix dominate for years to come.

I might be wrong because nobody can really say what will happen next year.
It is good/better to have the momentum than starting from scratch or trying to catch up.
But in this business of F1 I have witnessed teams being uncatchable one year and going ordinary the next year and without any offence intended that includes a Newey design/car, a recent example was the Brawn car.
The RBR biggest asset the blown diffuser with radical engine mapping will not be with us next year.
