Elijah, exactly what has this to do with $ly?
As I see it its more a case of the teams pointing out to BE & the fia that they have allegedly broken the terms of the concord agreement by publishing a calendar that the teams have not approved

Or you could look at it that you are lucky to have the teams or you would go out of business

arcuid, what has this to do with Murdoch? He is only remotely involved in the UK TV coverage through the deal with $ly from next year

Clause 10.5 of the concorde agreement doesn't require consultation with the teams if there are 20 or fewer races, but it does if there are 20+ races and less than 12 weeks between the last race of the previous season, and the first race of the next season, or 16 weeks for less than 20 races ...

And some other agreements, like European rounds etc, that's why there's a European GP for example.
