Neal also stated in the phone in that 'Lewis isn't happy driving around in fourth or fifth, that isn't where he wants to be and we (McLaren) dont wan't him there! Sometimes fourth or fifth is a pretty good result Mr Neal!

Ahhh and yet again another stupid headline about Hamilton. Can the media JUST STOP ALREADY about him. His year is over. Why can't the media give Kubica or Vettel this much attention. I'd much rather know what's going on with Kubica considering oh I don't know he was almost killed. Or maybe about how Vettel is ACTUALLY a two time champ not like Hamilton who just thinks he should be because of whatever reason. I don't care about Hamilton's crybaby mindset. @Tester that's exactly what I'm talking about. YOu make the best point.

Neale falls on his sword for Lewis.
I wouldn't read any more into this than McLaren trying to take some mental pressure off of Lewis by blaming the car.
I would imagine that LH is in a bad way inside his own head and this is just good team practice to try to snap him out of it.
Nobody would deny that Lewis has the talent, but he has really fallen down on the mental side of driving. Rookie-grade mistakes, emotional outbursts and having his A** wiped by his team-mate are all just signs that he need to visit Dr Phil.

I want to see improvements from Lewis, the pit crew and Martin Whitmarsh.

Jenson has come of age and is performing brilliantly in spite of poor decisions from Whitmarsh and poor service from the crew.

But any repeat of the poor performances by Whitmarsh and pit crew and you can kiss next year's championship goodbye. Its total team effort, without mistakes which win championships.

@Tester / @swingaxle8 / @tel / and all you other (potty mouth) F1 experts

I would love to see you Crash.net posters have the chance to state your comments about Grand Prix Drivers face to face. I would really like to see that!

It could be like a Jeremy Kyle where F1 Drivers meet a Numpty show!

Can anybody arrange this and put it on the net? Please...

OR maybe they could apply for the Crash.Net job, but I guess they could be over qualified?

Seriously, now. A team needs a good number two driver. Hamilton should be able to fill this need in another year or so given continued improvement and support from the team. :)
