Lewis showing he is naturally the quickest driver on a circuit with great sweeping bends which should and will favour the Red Bulls better down force design.

Lewis will have to drive out of his skin to hold off the Vettel/RB7 combination who will surely get quicker over the race weekend. Nice to see Lewis being more consistent in practice and quali regards challenging Red Bull.

Yes, the Lewis quality delivered the sector times when required without any difficulty, so we'll see a lot more speed come from this track in second practice. Alonso looked dejected sat in front of the giant screen video of his stricken Ferrari.

Its a bloody good track and job done by India.. in three years like Bernie said. but some people like BOB can never appreciate anything.

and btw..it doesnt happen only in India. In Turkey - GP2, Brunno Senna hit a dog and killed it while leading the race driving a isport car

ronnie. lulu completed his fastest lap after te red flag came out. that was ok, as he was already on his lap, but it meant that others had to abort their final runs. apart from that, it is only practice, and as you say, rbr are usually not trying for fast laps in fp1. as lulu is now back on form, we can call his off form period, a "schertzy period".

Yes richard, i hope with him splitting with pussy cat girl we will see him more focused on his job. If he combines a positive but composed mindset to go with his natural talent Lewis will be a wdc again, all he needs is a competitive car and a pit crew to rival Red Bull's, who seems to be a far superior outfit compared too the Mclaren's.

I dont know what Lewis will be thinking after hearing that Nicole has been seen out on a date with a Rapper called Drake.

Wow, Team Lotus really are making a lot of sense here. They opted not to put Karun in the race because they wanted to maximise their performance by having Trulli and Kovy race. Yet they opt to give FP1 to Karun rather than give Kovy all the time they can to let him work on learning the all-new track and optimise his settings. Clever stuff there. Oh wait, forgot, it's all about the money! Apparently they have managed to find someone willing to pay for Karun doing "a session" but not enough to buy him a race seat...
