Not this again. Crash is obviously stooping to tabloid levels with this highly misleading title. Why can't articles stand on the own merits instead of websites trying to get reads by deliberately deceiving its loyal followers.

@tabloid trash

Why is it misleading? If it had said a random surname, like "Robertson to test..." would it have been a problem?

No. So why, just because this guy happens to share a name with someone else in motorsport, should crash have to put a first name on there too?

tabloid. open your eyes. look at the headline and the very first word under it...ALEXANDER. if you saw the name schumacher, would it mean michael to you, or would you consider ralfie?

but apart from that, a test with malaysia f1 could be the kiss of death!

Ah, rats.
When I saw the title, I thought Valentino Rossi.
As a Ducati fan, I would be DELIGHTED if he went to F1 (or anywhere else for that matter) next year.
Somebody, somewhere, please take him!

Have no fear once his shoulder heals and Lotus ditch the carbon chassis, Valentino with have the Lotus up the front where it belongs.

@tabloid trash - so how is the headline any different to countless sites including Autosport, ESPN and the official F1 site in putting just Rossi?

As a young driver test, more fool you if you thought of Valentino...

I agree, this is a misleading topicname.
Valentino Rossi has tested a F1 car before, so you can easily think of Valentino in this context.
I assume crash want a title to be clear. Obviously, looking at the comments, it is not.
It would be very easy to put Alexander in front of it.
