Lewis - as a Father of sons myself, I strongly advise you that there is NEVER , repeat NEVER ,the right time or place to divulge your personal problems to the public at large
-it will only lead to even more bad stuff for you if you do

Lewis ,try and stay out of trouble and next season will bring a whole new dawn . .
And by the way - a man of your position can get a MUCH better lady than that last - and you are way too young to be getting serious and tied down anyways. .

Ron and McLaren done a good job of bringing forward a world-class racing driver.

Unfortunately it seems they forgot that there was a human being in there that needed guidance as well. That however should have been the job of his father and no matter what the bigger picture was, he (Lewis' father) must take some responsibility and also therefore needs to play a part in putting things right.

But, agree very strongly with the sentiment above, NOT in public!

Why doesn't this article mention that fact that he's stated that Whitmarsh was 'talking rubbish' about him? it's on the BBC website.

Hamilton needs to wise up! This outburst was unprofessional and childish. All drivers go through rough patches, but I don't hear them whinging about their personal problems. The fact is that if Lewis needs his girlfirend and his dad to hold his hand, then he is a weaker driver that I orginally thought. At the end of the day, it comes down to the man and the machine - and it seems this this "man" cannot handle the machine unless he has his dad and girlfriend to hold his hand. WEAK!

He needs to man up... FAST
