Quote: "guarantee you, based on the blood pressure that was on the pit-wall, it was a genuine issue"

Oh well, that's conclusive then, what more proof could anyone need

Mark won because he actually BEAT twenty other drivers. Nobody handed him the win on a platter. His team mate had problems - that's just bad luck. Hhappens to everyone at some stage.

When Webber starts the season with issue after issue with his car, the conspiracy theorists say "Red Bull is screwing with his car to give Vettel a lead in points." The Vettel fans scoff and say no, he's just that good. Webber gets the last win of the season when Vettel has a gearbox issue in what has otherwise been a bulletproof 2011 ride, and those same people who scoffed the Webber conspiracies now cry foul play. You can't have your cake and eat it too, folks. Besides, as others have said, Vettel wasn't the only driver that Webber beat. Here's hoping that he makes life a lot more challenging for Vettel, next year.

I am not saying that RBR stage managed the result but there certainly was a bombardment from reputable publications such as. Marca suspects SV pulled over for MW because of a phantom gearbox problem, Gazzetta Dello Sports (Italy) MW gets loyalty prize, Corriere Della Sera (Italy) SV give MW the gift of the last crumbs and saved him a trip to the psychologist, Der Standard (Austria) the team order made sense given MW's mathematical chance of finishing second in the driver's championship, Diaro Sports nobody believes SV really had a gearbox problem, Domenicalli told La Stampa (Italy) maybe they forget that team orders can now be issued freely, Alonso told Auto Motor Und Sports and they was bothered with certain behaviours when we did them.

It was down to webber being in second place and able to take advantage of Vettel's unfortunate issue, most of the season he has been fighting with Alfonso and Massa and it would have been JB or Lewis that took the win. Fair play to MW and not really a shame for SV or RBR!

This was done to give Webber a win since he did not win this year, and to make him feel good through the winter and to allow him to finish of Alonso.I hope they pay for it next year.
