Can't compare this with Schumis comeback. Schumi was spending "family-time" and did some motorbike-races as a hobby where he even injured himself pretty badly.. he was eventually growing a belly for 3 years.

Kimi on the other hand has been driving two seasons in the World Rally Championship series which is a very competetive and the "pinnacle" in off-track motorsports. Besides he has done thousands of km of testing in WRC cars and even done a Nascar races that (according to kimi himself) brought back the fire to race wheel-to-wheel again..

For those who just follow F1 he has only been away "eating icecream" but those following Kimi know he has been very busy in motorsports for the 2 years.

totally off topic, but have you read bernies pronouncements (on f1sa)?
he claims that europe is no longer the spiritual home of f1??? (in my mind, it will ALWAYS be!)
and then he goes on to say that gps in europe are a dying breed! they only are because bernie keeps dropping them!

See, told you I bought the right teamware.

And as my special subject on MasterMind is the blatantly obvious, If RK and Kimi are on the same team, and if LRGP can at least field a car of the caliber that they had in 2010, it would be an interesting season for sure.
MercGP look to be fighters this year as well.
To Quote Arte Johnson form Laugh-In
"Verrrry interesting"
C'mon St. Pat's, green beer and F1, doesn't get much better.

hell i like kimi but he wont be up racing with the people at the front, dont you remember how he won the championship? hamilton and alonso were fighting each other at maclaren and kimi stumbled on the 1 point win thanks to massa letting him pass, i hope kimi can do well but we wont see it if he can do it until at least a few year's, dont forget a load of rules have changed and the car's set up's have changed drastically. i do like kimi but he has a tendency to just potter along without really pushing. kimi is high in my opinion and that's coz he mind's his buisness, when asked about other racing incidents with other drivers he normally say's that's none of my buisness it dosent involve me. welcome back kimi.
