KR wanted stake in williams?
I think maybe they said they wouldnt give him any cash so maybe shares in williams were on offer. They amount may have been the stumbling block. They are lucky as sutil is a way better bet.

@ronsgoldenwhatever "How long until Kimi gets bored or disillusion and leaves LRGP to try lorry racing"

Truck racing did not detract from Barry Sheens performace or popularity - whats the problem?

Maybe Williams will now sign Kubica? Williams takes a chance on Kubica being fully fit and up to speed and Kubica takes a chance on Williams producing a better/competitive car for 2012.

Its absolutely mad. Crazy. Insane. First was the news that Mika (Hakinnen) was to make a return, now its Raikkonen. He (Kimi) has completely failed to establish himself in WRC - I cant see how he will impress in F1. LRGP have lost it. Period. End of.

Renault had no choice, they were quickly becoming a midfield team. Once Heidfeld left last year, the lack of input from the younger drivers showed. Kimi will develope next years car better than any of the other 3 would have.

mika did return..but not on F1. he drove for Mercedes in a GT round in China. I think the poster was trying to say that Mika is back racing even if not in F1
