shock and awe by ole helmut again, what a shocker

3 years is quite enough for a torro rosso rookie imo, no need for hard feelings. Torro Rosso has to make room for the next bunch of hopefuls or it wouldnt be fair on them either.

If you haven't got a contract in place for the following year you (or your management) should be looking for something else in case this happens.
If you have done enough to deserve a drive there will be other options as well as your current seat in F1. If not the fact he has driven in F1 will help him achieve a really good racing career in other categories from now on.
STR are not front runners but to become a mega star you will need to shine and punch above your weight a couple of times, red bull are looking for another vettle. If you don't perform like a potential vettle your out. Simple.

He hardly set the world alight did he (Vettel won a race in STR) I always thought the STR car had a little more to give than he or Jaime showed (imagine Alonso, Hamilton behind the wheel)

I would have thought by now that both he and Jamie understood they weren't intended to drive for Toro Rosso on the longer term. They had their chances to show exceptional results that proves they're good enough to be promoted to the senior team. However, neither of them have shown that.

Not to be harsh but i thought Buemi would lose his drive to Vergne, however after Alguersuari's relitively strong season gathering a good points haul in a car that at times shouldn't have been in the points, i thought he'd keep his seat...obviously not. Now we're left with many good/capabale, young drivers that have extremly limited options to stay in the sport. Yet drivers like Rubens and Trulli who, with all due respect, are past their best and should maybe step down with grace.

Marko! Marko! Marko! Helmut Marko could not find driver seat for Ricciardo at other team and he turn bully on Toro Rosso drivers. Toro Rosso said unofficially driver lineup won't be changed for 2012.
It's cruel of course it's very cruel because driver lineup for 2012 is almost finished now. Where both drivers are find seat for next year?
Anyone who works with Helmut Marko should aware of this kind of situation but it does not apply to German drivers.
Mark Webber knows about Marko than any other drivers before but now Buemi and Alguersuari have came to know about Marko as well.

Unfortunately, F1 is cut throat and it's not a place for gentlemen. Yes, they could have told him earlier, but, how did he seriously not think his ar5e was on the line and not line something up earlier. Fair dinkum, the paddock knows all the goss,we all knew the goss, how did he not! So not only is he an average driver, he's also stupid!
