F1 » F1 Driver of the Year vote: 4th

Thought Kobayashi and Kovalainen were surprise inclusions in these results? Rookie Paul di Resta's impressive debut season may not have been enough to overcome Force India team-mate Adrian Sutil on points, but was sufficiently impressive to land fourth spot in your F1 Driver of the Year poll

Do results count for anything at all?

Where is the logic, as somebody previously stated a grand prix winner is going to be out of the top 10 with several non winners going to be included.
This makes the poll lose any credential, the essence of racing is to win not to look pretty in the middle of the field.

Oh my Lord! This guy finished 13 while Sutil Finished 9th and He is voted ahead of Sutil by some clowns here?

This is why democracy never always works.

Woah! This is a shocker!. But the result of this top 10 is the average of our votes right? Correct me if I'm wrong. But 4th place is way too overrated. And it means no Hamilton in this top 10 for sure. A bit bizarre if you ask me...

Who knows, the way things are going it might be Vettel, Alonso or JB that get left out of the top ten, which would be bonkers of the highest order.

Hamilton has had an error prone season but his 3 wins certainly means that he is worthy of being well inside the top 10.

If that is the case of Hamilton or anybody for that matter, if a few start to run somebody down relentlessly ,here or in the media or anywhere, or politics, the majority will start to believe and follow, it has been like that from the beginning of time( EX. the Christians).
We are as majority followers without knowing why we follow in the first place.

This is why i protested all this time about Lewis being picked on so much.
But it not the end of the world and nobody will miss any sleep.

I am shocked that he was rated 4th ! He got outscored by a journeyman team mate. Rosberg, Vettel and the mclaren drivers were all significantly better. He will never win a GP.
