F1 » F1 Driver of the Year vote: 1st

He had shown glimpses in 2010 of what his move to McLaren may produce, but Jenson Button proved that he was no one-hit wonder as he took control of the team en route to runners-up honours in the 2011 F1 world championship - and top spot in your F1 Driver of the Year poll

It's pretty obvious what happened here. Any balanced person, even Hamilton fans, would have marked Hamilton somewhere in the top 10, but not within the top 3. The anti-Hamilton crew who seem to proliferate on Crash, will never vote for him, the result of these two factors is that Hamilton drops out completely. Any sensible Hamilton fan should simply abandon Crash as a lost cause.

Al Sim, speaking of Rosberg he was awarded the best deal of the year “2011” somewhere else, best deal of the year goes to Rosberg = zero GP wins and inking a deal worth 68 million dollars.

EightiesFan I'm a Hammy fan subsequently I rated him highly but I'm not surprized by the poll result he had a very disappointing year he has admitted to.

alsim. lulu back to normal this year??? if that is so, then massa and all, will have to keep watching their mirrors!

eighties fan. maybe you havent noticed, but lulu fans are rife on this site. normally nobody else gets a look in! just proves that they are deserting him, for better drivers!

Reel fans dont desert a driver who has had a bad season. People like those are called bandwagon jumpers.

But i am alarmed because Lewis as been secretltly cutting some R&B tracks in a west London studio.

I dont no if Lewis has the ability to focus on his job as an f1 driver and be a recording artist as well, and after having one of the worse seasons it does not sit right that you are no concentrating on being a pop star.

As a Lewis fan i just dont know what to expect from Lewis in 2012 regards his driving, all i am certain of he will win a Grand Prix because he just has so much raw talent.

You're a rare thing Ron, a Hammy fan that makes sense and has a sense of humour, why can't there be more like you?
So Lulu wants to be a pop star? it was only at matter of time before he did something daft like that to be honest, you could join up with him and call yourselves The Ronettes! lol
Talking of drivers with "personal issues" I read that Alonso split up with his wife just before Christmas, did it damage his season? did he do interviews about it? no he kept quiet about it and got on with his job, why can't Lulu do the same?

Happy new year Ron, my head hurts :(

@@@@ Mick @@@ complaining that: ( Enrico wrote 4 times things irrelevant to F1 on page 9 only ,,,as somebody used to do 2 years ago.)

You are right , i apologise ,but being New Year i went of line a bit.

By the way Mick , you noticed a guy (Johnson) writing trivia all that time ago, and you never registered your name? ,BUT i joined 4 months ago and i registered immediately,so that somebody like you could count how many times on" NEW YEAR S DAY" i posted trivia.

You went all trouble to write about me, ,,,Is that about F1 ??? MICK@@@@@.

As far as know you could have 20 aliases.

So mate get an identity and then we talk, or alternatively, instead of checking on how many times Registered Posters write on page 9," GET A LIFE."
