but of cos...he would want him back racing but other reports says he happy with massa? but hahhhahah of cos..he can beat!massa anytime!...cos massa cant match alonso..and if RK were to team up with him he been delighted but still wants to beat him and RK is a superb driver,,there no doubt in my mind that Ferrari will take him up in before 2013 and RK doesnt get in more accidents hahahhahhaaa......and soon massa will be replaced..i suspect massa will be a reseve driver if he gets replaced by RK..it will happen!!!..

I am a little taken aback by Fernando's statement -

“For me, the best driver is Robert Kubica”

It is an overtly nice thing for him to say, but if Robert does make it back to F1, then he may have to eat these words. Or does he make the comment confident in the belief that there is little risk of Robert actually making it back to the top level?

As much as I like Fernando as a driver, I think he can be disingenuous in what he says.

Best driver ? nice thing to say but can't really agree with him. One of the best but he's never had to equipment to show how good he really is so it's hard to say and if he does come back he won't be as good.

They're good mates so I guess he's just trying to give him a bit of encouragement. Probably mis-translated.

This ENTIRE article could have been written in the following way.

“I spoke with him yesterday after his accident," the Spaniard confirmed, "and wished him well for his recovery."

“For me, the best driver is Robert Kubica,” he claimed, "When he returns, which will surely be soon, I'm sure he will continue to be the best driver.”

Saves time and effort for all involved.
