Don't forget that Williams is using Renault engines again and Bruno has got recent experience with that powerplant.

I'm not denying that the main decision was probably the old $ signs but I'm sure that wasn't the only reason.

I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised with Bruno's efforts last season. I would expect him to do better this season. Not a silly move for Williams considering the money involved and lets be honest, Pastor is cr@p. I guarantee Bruno outpoints Mouldynacho!

Bruno did a very good job last year coming into a fading team with no testing midway through the season. His Spa qualifying in those circumstances was sensational.

Granted, he did not perform to that level all the time, but being realistic what would Rubens achieve apart from a solid job?
