Lewis Hamilton to miss Adrian Sutil's trial in Germany

taz. fully agree. this case was flagged for some time, and it is only a couple of hours journey, there and back. srely he wouldnt be missed for half a day. the launch of the car is not even on the same day!
it would be nice if he was subpoena'd (right spelling?) to appear. what would he do then?

If Hamilton receive a subpoena, it out of his hand.

He has to to do what he is told.

Only in special circumstances, i think, a person can avoid being there,but Lewis , is not a transplant surgeon or anything like that.
I dont know if a written deposition would do, because i think he may have do undergo questioning.
but i am not a lawyer.
